On-Line Ordering

Purchasing pet supplies couldn't be easier. Just browse around our site. Your low no-haggle purchase price is clearly indicated with the product description. When you find what you are looking for, just add it to your Shopping Cart - and yes, that's one big shopping cart! When you are ready to buy, just "Checkout". Your Shipping and Billing information is processed through our Secure Server.

Upon acceptance of your credit card, or PayPal payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have specified in your account information. While others will tell you its out of stock, we ship direct from our large warehouse.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US
Please note orders shipped to
Hawaii, Alaska, APO and 2 or 3 Day deliveries may be charged additional charges. Orders shipped outside the US will be charged additional taxes or import fees when your item(s) arrive. These charges are from brokers and shipping companies and are beyond our control and are NOT INCLUDED in our price. Please check with your local area for details. If you do not understand this, please call us prior to placing your order.


How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive?
All orders are processed the same day and most of our products ship out right away. If we receive your order by 2:00 pm eastern time, your order will ship out the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm eastern time, weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges will be added to your order depending on the destination and shipping option that you select.

  • Orders under 150 lbs. generally take 3 - 7 business days (FedEx, Ups or Post Office) depending on destination in the contiguous US destinations.

  • Orders over 150 lbs. generally can take 1 - 3 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock)

  • We ship all over the world. Orders shipped outside the contiguous US can take up to 14 business days to arrive and will be charged additional charges.

Delivery Guidelines
Care is taken when packaging your order before shipping, but on occasion a shipment may be damaged in transit. At the time your package is received, it is your responsibility to check for damages or shortages and make sure it is noted on all copies of the freight bill describing the damage or shortage in detail. It is your right to refuse any shipment that shows signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or shortage of merchandise once you have acknowledge and signed that the shipment is clear of any damage or shortage.

Before you sign the delivery receipt or freight bill, and before the driver leaves:

  • Verify the number of cartons.

  • Thoroughly inspect your shipment for any damage or shortage.

  • If damage or shortages are discovered, you must make a notation on all copies of the freight bill describing the shortage or damage in detail.

  • Your signature on the delivery receipt is an acknowledgement that the shipment was received in good condition and without any damage or shortage.

  • We cannot be held responsible for damaged or shortage of merchandise once you have acknowledge and signed that the shipment is clear of any damage or shortage.

Tracking Info: We issue tracking numbers via Email within 24 hours of shipment for all UPS, USPS, and FedEx items.


Refunds/Returns

Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date your you received your order for your exchange/return to be granted. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material. Any item in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
If you would like an exchanges, you will be charged to reship the exchanged item back to you. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. 

Refunds
Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee (up to 20%) and shipping charges are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us.

Order Cancellations/Refused Shipments*
Once you submit your order it cannot be changed or canceled. ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN ORDER TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. To obtain an "Authorization Number" you must call us at 1-727-943-8195. Failure to call us to cancel your order will be subject to a ( 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways). Any refusal of a product after it has been shipped will also be subject to a ( 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways). Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns, order cancellations and refused orders.

*Once we receive your return and your returned product complies with our refund/return policy, we will send you a check or credit your credit card for the credit (depending how order was paid) within 21 business days.

Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to contact your bank and request "authentication" of the card holder. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.
